Removal Procedure
Caution: Gasoline or gasoline vapors are highly flammable. A fire could occur
if an ignition source is present. Never drain or store gasoline or diesel
fuel in an open container, due to the possibility of fire or explosion. Have
a dry chemical (Class B) fire extinguisher nearby.
Notice: Drain the fuel from the complete system, including injector
nozzle(s), the fuel pump, all fuel pipes, and the fuel tank if a vehicle is
to be stored for any appreciable length of time. Draining the fuel will prevent
the formations of fuel system deposits.
- Use a suitable hand operated or air operated pump in order to remove
the fuel.
