DTC B1422 will set if the voltage to the 8 volt ARS power supply falls below 8.3 volts.
This test is run every 300 milliseconds.
The antenna module detects that the voltage has dropped below 8.3 volts for 80 msec.
The DTC is cleared when the antenna module detects that the voltage is back above 8.8 volts.
