Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 776567 Size: SH
  1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the door control module. Refer to Door Control Module Replacement .
  3. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  4. Remove the door wire harness connector from the pillar by inserting a small flat bladed tool between the connector and the pillar and depress the retaining tabs on the connector.
  5. Disconnect the door wire harness from the body wire harness.
  6. Disconnect the door latch electrical connector.
  7. Disconnect the power window motor electrical connector.
  8. Disconnect the wiring harness rosebud retainers (1) from the inner front door panel.
  9. Push the wiring harness rubber grommet (2) into the door.
  10. Remove the grommet (3) from the door inner panel.
  11. Remove the wiring harness from the door.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 776567 Size: SH
  1. Install the front door wiring harness into the door.
  2. Connect the wiring harness rosebud retainers to the inner door panel.
  3. Install the grommet (2) to the door panel.
  4. Feed the trim panel and door control module connectors through the inner door panel.
  5. Install the grommet (3) to the inner door panel.
  6. Connect the door latch electrical connector.
  7. Connect the power window motor electrical connector.
  8. Connect the door wire harness connector to the body wire harness connector.
  9. Install the door wire harness connector to the hinge pillar.
  10. Install the water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  11. Install the door control module. Refer to Door Control Module Replacement .
  12. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
