When servicing the vehicle with the VIN you entered, the following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the described symptoms.

Condition/Concern:

Intermittent driveability conditions may be cause by the following engine wiring harness connectors.The engine wiring harness connector may have a back out terminal, damage terminal or damage engine wiring harness connector.

Recommendation/Instructions:

  1. Check connectors C102 and C104, located at the lower left side of the engine compartment along the frame.
  2. Check connector C103, located at the lower right side of the engine compartment along the frame.
  3. Check the engine wiring harness to body harness connector at the rear of the engine along the frame rail.
  4. Check underhood fuse block connector C4, located at the lower right side of the engine compartment along the frame.

Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed. If these steps do not resolve the condition, please contact GM TAC for further diagnostic assistance. This diagnostic approach was developed for the vehicle with the VIN you entered and should not be automatically be used for other vehicles with similar symptoms.
