Tools Required

    • J 42065 Crank Hub Holding Tool
    • J 42098 Crank Hub Torx Socket

    Object Number: 217371 Size: SH
  1. Mount the J 42065 to prevent movement of the crankshaft.
  2. Use the J 42098 to remove the crankshaft drive gear bolt.

    3. Object Number: 159205 Size: SH
  3. Remove the crankshaft drive gear.
  4. Remove the oil pump collar.

    5. Object Number: 797535 Size: SH
  5. Remove the oil pressure sensor.

    6. Object Number: 769023 Size: SH
  6. Using a suitable tool, insert a self-drilling sheet metal screw into the steel ring of the crankshaft front oil seal.
  7. Use pliers to pull out the crankshaft front oil seal.

    8. Object Number: 159476 Size: SH
  8. Remove the oil pump bolts.
  9. Remove the oil pump and gasket.
