MODELS AFFECTED: 1989 SKYLARKS EQUIPPED WITH 2.3L ENGINES (VIN CODE D)

The A-3 Diagnostic Chart (Page 1 of 3) is revised to identify the correct beginning step to follow after No RPM or 2X Signal is received. This Chart replaces the present Chart A-3 (Page 1 of 3) "Engine Cranks But Won't Run", found in Section 6E "Driveability and Emissions" in Buicks 1989 Skylark Service Manual for 2.3L engines (VIN Code D).
