COLD START INJECTOR 'O' RING REPLACEMENT

MODELS AFFECTED: 1985 SKYLARKS WITH THE LB6 2.8L MPFI V6 ENGINE (VIN CODE W)

Some 1985 Skylarks may experience a condition where cold start injector o-ring(s) split or break when servicing the fuel rail assembly. A new service o-ring package, Part Number 17111954, is now available through GMSPO. This package contains the cold start valve o-ring seal (4), cold start body o-ring seal (3), and the cold start tube o-ring seal (5) as shown in the illustration.
