Adjustment Procedure
  1. Obtain the proper alignment before tightening the mounting bolts under the following conditions:
    2. • The hood latch assembly has been removed.
    • The mounting bolts have been loosened.
    • The hood adjustment has been changed.
  2. Slowly lower the hood onto the latch, with the attaching bolts loose, in order to achieve proper cross vehicle adjustment of the primary latch.
  3. Raise the hood.
  4. Tighten the bolts.
