Did you perform the Garage Door Opener System Check?

Has the garage door opener (GDO) been programmed to the customer's transmitter?

Go to Step 4

Go to Step 3

Program GDO to the customer's transmitter. Refer to Garage Door Opener Programming - Universal .

Does the GDO operate the customer's receiver?

Go to Step 5

Go to Step 4

1. Ask the customer to retest the operation of the garage door opener transmitter.
2. If the transmitter is still inoperative, call 1-800-355-3515 for further assistance.

Is the repair complete?

Go to Step 5

1. Ensure that any components removed during diagnosis are installed in place.
2. Ensure that all of the connectors are connected.
3. Repeat the system check. Refer to Garage Door Opener System Check .

Is the system check complete?
