Did you perform the Exterior Lights System Check?

Go to Exterior Lights System Check

1. Disconnect the turn/hazard switch assembly connector C202.
2. Set the headlamp switch to PARK.
3. Measure the voltage between the turn/hazard switch assembly connector C202 terminal A8 (TAN) and ground.

Is the voltage within the specified range?

10-15 V

Go to Step 3

Go to Step 4

Replace the turn/hazard switch assembly. Refer to Turn Signal and Multifunction Switch Assembly - Disassemble - Off Vehicle in Steering Wheel and Column - Tilt.

Is the repair complete?

Go to Exterior Lights System Check

Repair the open or the short to ground in CKT 1654 (TAN). Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.
