1. Verify that the temperature outside the vehicle is warmer than 5°C (41°F).
2. Verify that the engine is warm and is running at idle.
3. Set the air delivery mode:

•	Buick: PASS ZONE

•	Oldsmobile: PASS TEMP

4. Set the temperature on the primary climate control to 30°C (85°F).
5. Set the temperature on the passenger climate control to the MAX COLD position.
6. Compare the temperatures between the left center outlet and the right center outlet.

Is the right center outlet air cooler than the left center outlet by the specified temperature range?

4.5-6°C (8-11°F)

1. Set the temperature on the primary climate control to 18°C (65°F).
2. Set the temperature on the passenger climate control to the MAX HEAT position.
3. Compare the temperatures between the left center outlet and the right center outlet.

Is the right center outlet air warmer than the left center outlet by the specified temperature range?

4.5-6°C (8-11°F)
