Notice
Before performing the following procedures, inspect the fused jumper assembly for open 2 amp fuses.

1. Remove the upper cover and the lower cover. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers - Disassemble - Off Vehicle .



2. Remove the SIR coil from the jumper assembly connector.



3. Disconnect the wire harness assembly from the wire harness strap (1).



4. Remove the retaining ring (1).
5. Remove the SIR coil assembly (2).
6. Remove the wave washer (3).
