DEALER NEW VEHICLE STORAGE FACILITIES

With the spring season only a few weeks away, we again remind all Buick dealers to review their new vehicle storage facilities and make arrangements as necessary to assure they are safe from possible flood damage. Planning in advance for such an eventuality could substantially reduce or eliminate the risk of damage to your inventory.

A number of states currently have statutes of other dealer obligations regarding the sale of vehicles involved in floods. In light of these statutes and regulations, we strongly recommend you take immediate precautionary measures to guard against this possibility.

Should a flood occur which affects new vehicles in your inventory, immediately contact you Buick Zone Office who will handle in accordance with established procedures.
