Makes 🢒 Buick 🢒 2006 🢒 Rendezvous - AWD 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 3.6L 🢒 Air Conditioning (A/C) Compressor Installation

    Important: Follow the procedure sequence in order to prevent drive belt mis-alignment and/or possible damage/distortion to the components.

  1. Place the A/C compressor in position to the cylinder block.
  2. Loosely install the A/C compressor bolts.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Tighten the A/C compressor front upper bolt.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the A/C compressor front upper bolt to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

  4. Tighten the A/C compressor rear upper bolt.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the A/C compressor rear upper bolt to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

  5. Tighten the A/C compressor rear lower bolt.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the A/C compressor rear lower bolt to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

  6. Tighten the A/C compressor front lower bolt.

    7. Tighten
    Tighten the A/C compressor front lower bolt to 22 N·m (16 lb ft).
