The body control module (BCM) controls the PASS-Key® II theft deterrent system. Refer to Body Control System Circuit Description in Body Control System.

The following DTCs may be set by the BCM. The DTCs are related to the PASS-Key® II:

•	DTC B2957 PASS-Key Data Shorted to Ground

•	DTC B2958 PASS-Key Data Open/Shorted to Battery

•	DTC B2960 PASS-Key Data Incorrect

•	DTC B2961 Key In Ignition Circuit Malfunction

•	DTC B3031 Passlock Controller in Learn Mode
