J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .



2. Use J 38185 in order to position aside the water pump housing and radiator outlet clamps.
3. Disconnect the outlet hose (3) from the water pump housing (1).
4. Disconnect the outlet hose (3) from the radiator (2) .
5. Remove the outlet hose (3).

1. Install the outlet hose in position and align the marks on the hose.
2. Use J 38185 in order to secure the water pump housing and radiator outlet clamps.
3. Connect the outlet hose (3) to the radiator (2).
4. Connect the outlet hose (3) to the water pump housing (1).
5. Refill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
