Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air cleaner and duct assembly. Refer to In Engine Controls - 3.0L.
  2. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .

    3. Object Number: 466875 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the throttle body outlet hose clamp and the hose (1).
  4. Disconnect the throttle body outlet hose clamp and hose from the throttle body.
  5. Remove the throttle body outlet hose.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the throttle body outlet hose.
  2. Connect the throttle body outlet hose with the clamp to the throttle body.

    3. Object Number: 466875 Size: SH
  3. Connect the throttle body outlet hose to the coolant pipe (1).
  4. Refill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  5. Install the air cleaner and duct assembly. Refer to in Engine Controls - 3.0L.
