Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the instrument panel upper trim pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.

    2. Object Number: 648588 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the sunload temperature sensor and the daytime running lamp light sensor from the defroster grille.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector to the sun load temperature sensor.
  4. Remove the sunload sensor.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 648588 Size: SH
  1. Connect the electrical connector to the sun load sensor.
  2. Install the sun load temperature sensor and the daytime running lamp light sensor to the defroster grille.
  3. Install the instrument panel upper trim pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
