Removal Procedure

Tools Required

J 38778 Door Trim Pad and Garnish Clip Remover


    Object Number: 163260 Size: SH
  1. Open the rear compartment lid.
  2. Remove the rear compartment pull strap screws (3).
  3. Remove the rear compartment pull strap cover (2).
  4. Remove the rear compartment pull strap (1).

    5. Object Number: 163255 Size: SH
  5. Remove twenty retainers using J 38778 from the compartment lid finish panel.
  6. Remove the compartment lid finish panel.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 163255 Size: SH
  1. Install the rear compartment lid finish.
  2. Install the retainers to the rear compartment lid finish panel.

    3. Object Number: 163260 Size: SH
  3. Install the rear compartment pull strap (1).
  4. Install the rear compartment pull strap cover (2).
  5. Inatall the rear compartment pull strap screws (3).
  6. Close the rear compartment lid.
