Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the nut from the top of the transaxle mount.
  2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.

    3. Object Number: 667212 Size: SH
  3. Remove the three bolts securing the front transaxle mount bracket to the transaxle.
  4. Lower the vehicle.
  5. Remove the front transaxle mount bracket from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 667212 Size: SH
  1. Install the front transaxle mount bracket to the transaxle.
  2. Raise the vehicle.
  3. Apply thread lock compound GM P/N 12345493 or equivalent, to the front transaxle bracket bolts.

    4. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  4. Install the three bolts securing the front transaxle mount bracket to the transaxle.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the front transaxle bracket bolts to 58 N·m (42 lb ft).

  5. Lower the vehicle.
  6. Install the top transaxle mount nut .

    7. Tighten
    Tighten transaxle mount nut to 80 N·m (59 lb ft).
