Does the Power Seat System operate normally?

Check the rear fuse block PWR SEAT circuit breaker for continuity.

Is the PWR SEAT circuit breaker OK?

Measure the voltage from the battery positive voltage circuit of the seat adjuster switch to ground.

Does the voltage measure within the specified range?

10-15 V

Measure the voltage from the battery positive voltage circuit of the seat adjuster switch to the ground circuit of the seat adjuster switch.

Does the voltage measure within the specified range?

10-15 V

Inspect for poor connections at the harness connector of the seat adjuster switch. Refer to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections and Connector Repairs in Wiring Systems.
