Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 258867 Size: SH
  1. Lower the rear of the headliner to gain access to the sunroof control module. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement.
  2. Depress the tab (3) on the side of the sunroof control module (2).
  3. With the tab (3) on the side depressed, slide the sunroof control module towards the sunroof motor/actuator in order to release the control module from the sunroof module assembly.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  5. Remove the sunroof control module from the sunroof module assembly.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 258867 Size: SH
  1. Connect the electrical connectors (1) to the sunroof control module (2).
  2. Insert the sunroof control module tabs (2) into the sunroof module assembly slots (3).
  3. Slide the sunroof control module away from the sunroof motor/actuator until the control module is fully engaged to the module assembly slots.

    4. Important: Test for proper operation of the sunroof before installing the headliner.

  4. Install the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement.
  5. Refer to Control Module References for programming and setup information.
