Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 867129 Size: SH
  1. Remove the Air Injection Reaction (AIR) shut-off valve outlet pipe/hose and shut-valve assembly. Refer to Secondary Air Injection Shutoff Valve Replacement .
  2. Remove the bolts attaching the AIR shut-off valve outlet pipe to the shut-off valve.
  3. Remove the AIR shut-off valve outlet pipe from the shut-off valve.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 867129 Size: SH
  1. Remove the Air Injection Reaction (AIR) shut-off valve outlet pipe from the shut-off valve.
  2. Install the AIR shut-off valve outlet pipe to shut-off valve bolts.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 9 N·m (80 lb in).

  3. Install the AIR shut-off valve outlet pipe/hose and shut-valve assembly. Refer to Secondary Air Injection Shutoff Valve Replacement .
