Go to Outside Mirrors System Check

1. Disconnect the passenger door module (PDM) connector C4.
2. Connect a digital multimeter (DMM) between the PDM connector C4 terminal 5 and terminal 2.
3. Turn on the rear defogger.

Is the measured voltage within the specified range?

10-15 V

Go to Step 5

Go to Step 3

1. Connect a scan tool to the DLC.
2. Select DRIVER DOOR MODULE.
3. Select MIRROR OUTPUTS.
4. Use the scan tool in order to turn on the RH mirror heat.

Is the voltage within the specified range?

9-15 V

Go to Defogger System Check in Stationary Windows

Replace the PDM. Refer to Front Door Module Replacement .

Did you complete the repair?

Go to Outside Mirrors System Check

Replace the mirror. Refer to Power Mirror Replacement .
