Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the IP cluster trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side .
  2. Place a protective cloth on the steering column in order to protect the column from scratches.

  3. Object Number: 262521  Size: SH
  4. Remove the cluster fasteners (2).
  5. Remove the instrument cluster (1).

  6. Object Number: 262522  Size: SH
  7. Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the cluster.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 262522  Size: SH
  1. Connect the instrument cluster electrical connector (1).

  2. Object Number: 262521  Size: SH
  3. Install the instrument cluster (1).
  4. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  5. Install the fasteners (2).
  6. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 1.5 N·m (14 lb in).

  7. Install the IP cluster trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side .
