The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom described in the PI.
Condition/Concern:
Some LeSabres were built with the incorrect deck lid bumpers. These bumpers are taller and cannot be adjusted to meet a satisfactory closing effort.
Recommendation/Instructions:
Install deck lid bumper part number 25757473 to correct.
