When servicing the vehicle with the VIN you entered, the following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the described symptoms.
If an owner experiences a no crank, no start condition on a 2004 LeSabre or Park Avenue/Ultra, be sure to check the negative battery cable torque at the engine block. The technician may discover that the negative battery cable is loose or not torqued to specification. The ground location (G101) may not be drilled or tapped deep enough into the engine block so the bolt can achieve the recommended torque. To correct this concern, it will be necessary to install a shorter bolt or add two star washers to reduce the height of the bolt.
