FRAME INSULATOR IDENTIFICATION

MODELS AFFECTED: 1986 - ALL MODELS --------------- Frame cradle to body insulators will not be identified by color code in the 1987 Buick Chassis Service Manual.

GMWDD does identify the part numbers of insulators by position in Group 9.000 in their Parts Catalog (Refer to cushion location charts at the end of group 9.000).

As a result of engineering changes since the Service Manual was printed, insulator color codes listed in the 1986 Buick Chassis Service Manual may not be accurate and should not be used to determine if the correct insulator was installed.
