If any 1984 Skylark equipped with a 2.5L engine and manual transmission experiences difficulty meeting the hydrocarbon (HC) idle exhaust emissions requirements of state inspection maintenance test programs, and normal shop manual procedures do not correct the problem, the following service PROMS are available from GMWDD:
